Family Cycle Center

I have done business with Family Cycle for 25 years, I have always done my own work on all my bikes and friends bikes, went to them for parts only! One of my many bikes I have is a 03 Suzuki GSXR 1000 with 2400 miles on it! I bought it new, I did a oil change on it and bought my filter and oil from them, well I put about 75 miles on it and the filter o-ring blow out!!!! I was a idle in a friends driveway, 2 quarts of oil shot everywhere!!! WHats that all about?!!!! I installed it right! The filter was faulty! ( the bike is a show bike and hascustom paint) So I took the filter back to them to see what they would do for me, a first they said I put it in wrong, then they said they would give me a new filter, and that's all!! And I told them that that is not right! What about the oil, cleaning supplies, time? They laughed at me!!! I walked out! Call 10 min later and told them "is this the way you want to end this?" they said we can take care of the oil too, but that's all!! Don't go there
