When my friends and I were recently stranded after hours at Fagant's Auto Sales and Service, Bob Fagant, who was still at the center, became our Good Samaritan. When he discovered that my air conditioner pulley had sliced through my serpentine belt and knew that I needed AAA towing that could take me, my two friends, and my car all the way to Richfield Springs (60 miles away!), where we were visiting from NJ, he was able to locate such a AAA provider in Samson Motor Car of Amsterdam. He then stayed with us until the fellow from Samson's arrived about 1 and a half hours later to be sure we were okay. All of that for people he never met! What a sweetheart!!
