extremely rude
I needed 100 corrugated plastic signs in full color made and my company required 3 quotes. When I called to get a quote from this company, I accidentally asked if I had called payless signs. I had them as one of the 3 companies I was going to call. The gentleman got furious and said he wouldn't give me a quote if I was going to shop him. What kind of business is it when someone is looking at spending more than 2K and not getting more than one quote. He said he didn't want my business and hung up on me. I am now going through the other Fast Signs store

wrong Fastsigns
Sorry you had the experience you did at the Fastsigns on Oracle but when you post make sure you post it under the correct store. All Fatsigns are independtly owned and operated. Don't get the 2 stores mixed up.

Terrible service, careless owner
Surely there must be a way to leave less than one star??
We will never do business with FastSigns again. Their manager David, the owner Bud are very unprofessional and dishonest. With the many other vendors like this in Tucson we would warn anyone to stay well away from FastSigns. Sure they are cheap but there is a reason for that. Their craftsmanship is bad and they bring you in with cheap quotes and then change the quote and if you don't like it they basically say "screw you". Tucson is to small of a community to get away with that for very long. The owner is clearly small time and not to bright.. We can't warn people enough of the complete unprofessionalism of this small time operator.
