Eyezone

They were rude, unprofessional, and lazy. When I walked in I was ignored for 10 mins by the male speaking russian on his cell phone. When I ordered contacts from another location, they had to call eyezone and have my RX sent over, the same man answered the phone and when asked to pull up my RX he said " I think she only had a check up for glasses but call back tomorrow" luckily the place I was ordering my contacts from was very helpful and demanded the man look now. When asked to fax over the RX he said he's leaving work now and he'll do it some other time. Also I'm pretty sure my glasses RX is too weak and I'll be returning them soon. Save yourself from an annoyance and take your business else where.

I have been going to the Eyezone for several years, ever since I moved to the Cleveland area. They are always friendly and helpful. The eye exams go quickly and are thorough. There is a nice selection of frames, and everything is covered by my insurance. No fuss - no muss.
