I was very pleased with my service this company was very quick to call I want my bag at 1:00 in the morning . I think it was great that someone delv my bag at 3:00 Am .

My husband's luggage was delayed on a Southwest flight. At 1 a.m. on a Sunday morning, we received a phone call from an unidentified man using the Excell phone number, asking if we wanted the bag delivered now. Needless to say, we did not. At 7:36 a.m., an individual identified herself and asked several questions to see if we would be home so the bag could be delivered. I asked about the policy of calling at 1 a.m. and was told they aren't supposed to call after 11 p.m. Additionally, my husband gave instructions to the SW baggage claim personnel that our home number was not called. He knows that information was entered into their computer so there was no reason for the 1 a.m. call to our home number.
