I definitely will be recommending Excel to any of my friends or family that need work done. Everything was handled professionally, promptly and results were better than I could have asked for!

Excel roofing installed a new roof on our home after a recent hail storm. The sales associate worked with our insurance to get all the damaged covered and installed the new roof within 5 days. The crew was great and after they left you could not even tell they were there.

To start out, their salesman lied through his teeth to myself and my husband in order to get our business. As we tried to resolve that matter, the office staff and owner were no help whatsoever. To attempt to make us happy, Excel offered a slight discount on their services-nothing close to what we were originally offered. We withheld 10% of the moneys due to them until our home passed inspection, and the very next day, they were on the phone saying that if we didn't remit payment ASAP that they would put a lien on our home! Crazy people!! I cannot express how stressful and horrid they were to work with. Steer clear!!!
