BUYER BEWARES! Be sure to read the negative comments because they are exactly what I experienced. The technician came out, removed the bathroom p-trap and did one clean-out, in the kitchen he knocked out a plug in the garbage disposal. This took about 25 minutes of time and the bill was $440.The invoice I received was the original quote which sounded like several hours’ worth of work. They did not even perform half the amount of work they listed on the invoice. When I called to complain they did refund the 2nd clean-out charge of $69.

I was extremely disappointed with This Services. I had to have my breaker box replaced. They have 2 policies that caused me a great deal of pain and suffering! They required me to call my service provider before they installed the box which resulted in a disconnection of services. They also required the box being turned off until inspection. The inspector said that was unnecessary with the smart meters. Every agency stated the 2 procedures were not necessary in the first place. I was without electricity for over 36 hours and lost all food in 2 freezers. This Service said too badly, but not our fault! I tell all my friends to not call This for anything!!!! The only reason they get one star is that it is required.

Never use these people. We paid them thousands of dollars for a brand new system that still doesn't work 5 days later, and no one knows why. Every tech that comes out to our house tells use something different and the AC manager keeps telling us he will call us and never does.
