Purchased the entire set of pots and pans less than 3 months ago pasta pot already had chips, contacted rude customer service or lack there of! Told me I voided my warranty by boiling water in my pasta pot! Really? Don't waste your money...He insisted my electric stove top was a constant heat and too hot for the cookware, Really Im guessing he has never cooked on electric. No such thing as constant heat on electric. Dumb and rude!! Then he threatened me if I show up at one of the home shows he has coming up he will have me escorted out! Really, good luck with that, i'll be attending with my son in-law the police detective. All I wanted was my one chipped pot replaced.

We purchased your product at the RV show in Tampa in January, used it first time this week when returning to home in Michigan. Invoice # 120009, $190.00 We would like to return this product for a full return, please notify me as to the process for doing this. Thank you.

I purchased the above at the Home and Patio Show last weekend in Jacksonville, Fl. Just used the product for the first time today and was very disappointed, At the show, they said that the machine would not only steam the floors but dry them at the same time. I had to micromop up the floors because of the wetness. I was also told that this could be used on laminate floors--I would be afraid to use it on those floors because of the wetness. Needless to day, I have called them today, but only got a recording that they were busy. I would like to return the product and get my money back!
