Epic Limo Bus - San Diego

I ordered a 10 passenger Lincoln Town car for a night out with my friends for my birthday. When the limo showed up it was a Sweet Escalade 16 passenger! tThe driver told me that they thought I'd be more comfortable in the SUV so they gave me a free upgrade. Arti didn't nickel and dime me or try to sell me something I didn't need. They went way beyond my expectation. I will be back!

This is the worst limo service I have ever worked with! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!\t\n\t\nI wish I would have read the reviews on this company before I relied on them. They are disrespectful and do not care at all about the customer experience or satisfaction.\t\n\t\nLike the other review, I too had a Living Social deal. My fiance and I both had limos reserved with confirmation numbers for our wedding day. One limo showed up without AC and the other was a no-show with NO explanation OR apology from Arti. The only limo that did arrive ended up getting in an accident, delaying our wedding by an hour and they attempted to charge us extra for the replacement limo they sent for the last trip of the day due to all of the issues they caused. We used the melting ice in the back of the limo to keep our skin cool because of the lack of AC.\t\n\t\nWith all of the issues reported to management they still are unable to apologize. If you want relaxing, professional, reliable service GO WITH ANY OTHER LIMO SERVICE AVAILABLE!! This is the worst service company I have ever dealt with. Save yourself time, money and stress. This company is plain awful!

We rented Epic limo and had the best time. The driver was great and the bus was so much fun. We shopped around and they had the best prices. We can’t wait to use them again.
