Enterprise Rent-A-Car

These guys are ripoff jackasses. I had a rental with an agreement for a return on Saturday at 4:30 PM, but one jackass here told me that unless I returned it by 1 PM I will be charged for an additional day. I had to tell the jackass that the agreement was until 4:30 PM but this guy would not help in a difficult situation. The car was filthy, it is a place where the rep cleans the car for you when it is returned and this is a terribly shoddy job. Stupid rental place, they should change the company name from Enterprise to Unenterprising! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE JACKASSES.
