Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Showed up to pick up our minivan, for which we had a reservation today. We even called two days ahead and they assured us that the car would be available. Of course, the car was not available, nor were any reasonable substitutes. So here we are with 7 passengers and their luggage and Enterprise is no help. Not a minivan or large SUV can be found in the area either. The sad thing is that I knew they'd screw us. I've rented from Enterprise twice before and both times were a nightmare. Meanwhile, we rent from Alamo about 20 times a year and have not once, in many many years, ever had a problem. Avoid Enterprise at all costs!!! Save yourself the frustration.
