Went yesterday night and the place was so noisy that I had to leave taking the dessert with me home.\t\nWe ordered 2 plates of pasta: the raviolinis, which were very salty and also small for the price. The other dish was past with mushrooms and chestnate sauce, badly executed and almost sweet. \t\nFor dessert I ordered a tiramisu, probably the worst I've ever tried. No mascarpone at all, except for a spoon. It was all biscuits.\t\nI do not recommend this place on weekend nights or for pasta.\t\nThe wine is excellent, thought (we tried 2 types)

Great food. It is not only delicious, but also artistic. As they don't take reservations, there can be a long wait on the weekend for tables. So, the last couple of times we ate there we sat at the bar. The bartenders are great and know their distinct wine list. The cheese platter has an incredible selection of cheeses, with candied nuts and paper thin sliced fruits. It was so well presented, it was a shame to eat it. (But we did and loved it.) The Pasta is done perfectly and don't forget to leave room for dessert. For the quality of food and experience, it is a place that you can feel comfortable in jeans and for what you get, the prices are very reasonable.\t\n

this place is just as good as vespaio. great place to lunch or brunch. and their coffee is good, too. i stop by when i'm in the hood for a latte.
