Endoscopy MD provided excellent customer service to our hospital's Biomedical Repair shop. When we called, we were always given the red-carpet treatment. They were always quick to service our scopes and kept us abreast of the repair process if there was a delay. Whenever possible, they eagerly provided loaners.
