Not very Happy
My parents and I were staying at a different hotel and the manager from our hotel called the embassy west to see if we could use their pool for an hour or so. It was ok'ed before we went to the embassy west. But when we got there Cameron the front desk clerk said we could not use the pool, only registered guests could... He was very snooty and very rude, my 5 year old left crying, not very good customer service...We come to Des Moines quite a bit since my little brother lives there and we will definitely not ever recommend the Embassy West to any of our family members, and I have a big, big big family. Their loss not ours.
