Terrible!
I would give them a negative star rating if it was available. We have a new construction home that Embassy originally did the tile work in. The tile is cracking everywhere - we had to struggle to get them to repair/replace the cracking tiles, and the ones they have replaced are re-cracking and the grout is "crumbling" apart. Now we are back to square one. Would NOT recommend this company to anybody!

We had our bathroom remodel from a tub to a shower. This is worth a million dollars. very satisfied.
