Long story short, If your office is relying on a/many devices for productivity, (as we are one of the large Law Firms in the Destin area) then you should invest your repairs with Elite Printer Services. The technician was on site in less than one hour, for 1 hour, and the printer has never worked better. They are expensive, but hey, so are we!
