Your Goals are His Goals
Working with Maurice has been the best experience I have had with personal trainers. He is amazing at his job and he loves doing it. He will push you beyond your level while encouraging you every step of the way. I recommend him to anyone who wants results. He mixes it up all the time so that it is never boring and always uses different muscles. He told me once that my goals where his goals and I completely believe it! He will not be easy on you but you will love him for it :). I couldn't tell you I have ever had this great of a trainer.
Makes Excerise Time Go Quickly!
I have been a client of Maurice's now for over a year. In that year I have come to know him as a person as well as my personal trainer. Maurice is an intelligent, knoweledgeable and compassionate person and a delight to spend time with. He has a good sense of humor and can be quite charming. My hour's worth of excercise with him passes quickly each time. I find this to be invaluable as excercise is not my favorite pass time. He keeps the sessions intersting and challenging. Maurice also has a natural rapport with people and seems to be able to get along well with anyone. He makes people feel good about themselves, while making them strive to do better all the time. Overall I find Maurice to be a very professional personal trainer as well as dependable and courteous. I would recommend him to any of my friends, and I have!

I started working out with Maurice in the Fall of 2006, and it has been a very enjoyable and rewarding experience. Maurice is a great trainer. He is very supportive and motivating. He makes exercise fun. He has a great sense of humor and he relates extremely well with all his clients. Maurice is hardworking and very professional. He manages his time well and is always on time. He is also very flexible and tries to accommodate everybody's busy schedule. Maurice has this great outgoing and caring personality. He is not judgemental and makes you feel at ease. I always look forward to going to the gym and feel refreshed and rejuvenated when I leave.
