I hired Shanna as my wedding coordinator one in a half year's prior to the event. In the beginning she was great, I planned my wedding and needed her to follow through. I gave her visuals (pictures) of how things should be. The day of my event her professional image was appalling, she took it upon herself to make changes the day of, her lack of planning/putting it all together was very disappointing, although she assured me she had it together,it was apparent to all parties involved including my guests that she did not. Some of my guests were not served,the wedding party food was served cold, she had 2-3 hours to warm the food. I could go on..the Limo I thought she went to view before I paid my money to her broke down on the way to the church, broken glass above my head, lights hanging by the cords at my feet...again I could go on..but there is not enough character spaces. One month and four days later, I do not have my cake for next year or any of my keepsakes,I trusted her to return.
