Cleanliness
I had a nice pedicure. But, what turned me off was "Kathy" dropping one of the instruments on the floor, picked it up without sterilizing it again and continued to work on my feet. Also, the cotton she used was placed on the floor beside her and then she used it again... to wipe off some of the excess polish on my toes, instead of getting more clean cotton. It seems she needs a little retraining. I will not go back. They warn you of infections and this is how it happens.
