The owner Mitch IS A CROOK! Brought in a product for repair, he estimated low, THEN HE REPAIRED ADDITIONAL PARTS AND CHARGED EXCESSIVELY MORE WITHOUT CALLING OR NOTIFYING ME. I CAME HOME TO FIND OUT HE DID THE SAME TO MY NEIGHBOR! He has a back room with unclaimed engines, mowers, etc that he then re-sells after essentially holding the customers product ransom for a higher repair cost.
