Best customer service and workmanship
Eastside floors gave me a very competitive quote to replace my floors. They did a great job and were very clean. (They were so clean that even the doorman in my building remarked on it). We did have a slight problem with the floors and they were very responsive to our complaint. The owner came and inspected the floors himself and told the workmen to redo spots. I was so happy with their service. Everyone makes mistakes but it is how the mistakes are handled that is important. They fixed the problem without any hesitation. I would refer them to everyone!
