The building with the healthiest people in care is short handed all the time..one person on staff most the time..to help to dining room , to cook, serve, give out meds, clean up, etc. everything. for 12-17 people. that person does not have time to call you to say please bring some more asprin. your father is out. and we cannot give him his daily dose. true..
they do not even know is he is sick. and needs extra help. he is quiet and non comlaining..
THIS IS NOT FAULT OF WORKERS OR MANAGEMENT..THEY TRY HARD BUT ARE SHORT HANDED DUE TO OWNERS TIE THEIR HANDS...SO...TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. MY FATHER IS THERE. and at that age hate to move him..started off good and became home to him..now not enought food on the table even. true..
