Continued...The final day, Nick came back to cut the radiator out of the floor so we could install our radiant floor heat. He checked everything over and made sure everything was proper as well as working. After our inspection, we paid up the balance owed and Nick was off. That was a Saturday. On the following Monday morning, a leak sprung from an overhead pipe branched off the stack that was cut. I called Nick to find out why this would happen and he immediately answered, asked the proper questions to find out where the leak was coming from and told me how to stop it until he could get out to see it the next day. Nick came out and said the leak was due to our 2nd floor tub being clogged up and forcing the water up a vertical pipe over the 1st floor bathroom. He fixed the leak and we have not had any problems since. AWESOME! We used this company for the plumbing in our first floor bathroom remodel house is over 100 years old and at first we were concerned about working on original plumbing, but Nick J. assured us that he could do the job and it would be fine. A contract was drawn up, the deposit was half of the total price and Nick showed up at 7am on the dot the next day to begin work. The contractors were supposed to demo more of the wall and floor (we found out the floor was over 1/2 thick with concrete) so Nick could access plumbing, but they didn't do it for whatever reason and Nick spent over 2 extra hours of his time breaking away at that to get to the plumbing..without saying a word. The first day he stayed a little over 8 hours and cut the stack as we were moving our sink and toilet drains over to add a shower stall in the 1/2 bath. Then rerouted with PVC all of the plumbing needed. The second day he was back again bright and early to install and reroute all the copper water lines.
