My grandmother depended on 1 night staff person to unlock her door for the paramedics to help her while she lie there taking her last breaths. Not only did this woman not open the apartment door for them to get in to possibly save her life, but she actually looked at my parents as they took my lifeless grandmother out on a stretcher and smiled and said "good luck". The Easehouse defense was, " it is not our responsibility." Please beware of this before you rent here or suggest it for your loved one.

Unfortunately I cannnot post 0 stars. My grandmother was having trouble breathing. The people at the front desk's responsibility is to check on the resident when there is an emergency. The woman did not even get her a*** out of the chair for the paramedics while my grandmother was dying on her bed. I am going to report this anywhere and everywhere I can. They state that it is the resident job to open the door....how are you going to open a door when you cannot get up even thought you are paying for this service from them????????????
