NO PROBLEMS. NO HASSLES
Met Dura-Kool at the indoor swap meet in Vegas. Price was better than the Big Box stores. We set up an appointment and the salesman came right out with customer ratings, nicely printed brochures, and 40 years experience. Started out as a hard sell but this guy's probably seen it all. Decided to go with them and am COMPLETELY SATISFIED. They took care of ALL the permits, and paperwork with the city and HOA. Once my HOA approved it they were out the next day to install. The aluminum patio cover looks great. The contractors were pleasant and ON TIME. I left them to do their work and when I arrived home everything was perfect. No mess left behind, no hassle, and beautiful results. The office at Dura-Kool seems to be a group of older folks, and I have to say that their generation seems to have done it right! These people were top notch and worth every extra penny I may have spent. Very convenient and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
