Frustrated
So disappointed with the drivethrough service ....so much so that if it wasn't for one delightful young man and the mere convenience of your location for me I would not go back. The owner should spend sometime and see how unkind and often rude the servers at the window and the speaker can be. They let the customers know how unhappy they are.....so very unprofessional! I would not mind being more specific and have further conversation with the owner or manager.
