Dr. Portilla is a kind, compassionate healer who has cared for my little 5 yr old for the last 2 years. Although a surgeon, he does not really want to put her thru a tonsillectomy and agrees with me that we'll do everything to avoid it, she has autism and many sensory issues that will make recovery very traumatic for her.\t\nHe is worth the wait to see him (when her tonsils flared this week they got us in within the hour!!! I don't mind waiting to see him on a regularly scheduled appointment!\t\nBedside manner exemplary!
