Dulono's Pizza

Tonight I ordered a pizza for delivery. While waiting I checked my phone and saw I had 3 missed calls from an unknown number. I called it back and it was the delivery guy. He chewed me out for not answering the phone. I asked why he didn't just ring the buzzer to my apartment and he said the order taker wrote down the wrong apartment number. (I'm not quite sure how this is my fault). I apologized for the mix up, he said if I still wanted my pizza I would need to call the manager. I did and I mentioned to the manager that her delivery guy was a little rude. She blew it off and asked me if I wanted the pizza delivered or not. I indicated I would. Two hours later I finally get the pizza delivered. I tipped the guy $5 (for driving less than a mile). I glanced at my phone again and saw I had a text message from the first delivery guy. It read (verbatim): "I really hate when people order pizza and dont awnser got wrong apt # 2min im leaving". I was more than a little offended. I called the manager to report it and she told me, "Whatever." \t\n\t\nNeedless to say, it's a shame the best pizza in the world is served by the biggest b*$!h!\t\n\t\n(I plan to share this all over every review of this pizza joint)

Dont waste your time! I heard from a friend that if you like Galactic pizza then you will love Dulano's. They were wrong. The delivery is horrible!!! Where to begin! first they get the order wrong, there was no reciept to sign..so i gave no tip! the salad was well below par, it had one slice of tomatoe and a chunk of what looked like an onion, i would not have fed that salad to a rabbit! Besides getting the order wrong the pizza was soggy and not cut well so when you pick out one slice you actually get the whole topping from the pizza! great! And to top it off when the delivery guy found out the order was wrong and he had no reciept he left to make a phone call and i could hear him cussing as he left the apt. I cant believe these guys are in business. Never using or recommending ever again.

Me and my friends made a delivery order to an apartment in downtown minneapolis. Maybe ten minutes later we decided to switch apartments (same building) we called to let them know, and change the order which was confirmed that it had been changed by person taking orders over the phone. Maybe 1 1/2 hours later were wondering where its at... We call back and turns out they GAVE THE PIZZA AWAY, they buzzed the wrong (the apartement that we had previously gave before the call back), and they decided not to call my phone that they had asked for before making the delivery but buzz a random apartement and give it away. Later the next day we called to complain about what had happened, even talked to the GM, and not a f****** thing was done about it, could'nt even get a simple apology after all this wasn't a mistake it was a lacking of use of obvious resourses, such as MY PHONE NUMBER. *rolls eyes at dulono's*
