Ryan P. Dugan is a crook who has stolen money from several clients. If you look him up on the Florida Bar website, you can go to the disciplinary section and you can read the cases against him. In one instant he blatantly stole 80 thousand dollars from one client. This was the poor senior citizens, life savings. That was 5 years ago and he has never given a penny back nor stated where the money went. Another client lost over 50 thousand dollars again no statement of where the funds went.Dugan is a crook, thief, liar, scum! DUGAN HAS NO HEART ETHICS COMPASSION, NOTHING.
