poor customer service
I've been taking my suit to this dry cleaner for the 3 months an I forgot to take something out of the pocket and they did not check the pockets and when they ironed my suit jacket they burneded. When I claim the incident the asian lady was very rude and nasty saying that they were not paying you nothing , that is not my problem.
