Discount Locksmith

This company sent out a locksmith who did not have picks. He only had a drill to destroy the lock on my small safe.
upon arrival, the "locksmith" said he was going to try and pick it, but if it didn't work, he would drill it out (something I could have done myself). He came back inside with no picks (said he did not have any). He only had a drill and his sole intention was to destroy my $250 safe for a small charge of $90. I confronted him as to why he wasn't trying to pick the lock first and he claimed that "this is how I open them." What a joke! Now they want to charge a service call for Paul, the locksmith, who carriers no picks for locks.
I only give this one star because zero stars isn't available. Avoid this rip-off service at all cost.
