Diners OUT Club

I paid for a Diners Out card in February 2010, which was picked up at my home, but accidently discarded the list of services for participating restaurants. My daughter called Diners Out the same day and explained they had just picked up payment and left the card, but needed a new list. We never received it after follow up phone calls and messages that were left. I paid for the card but was unable to benefit from it's use based on this poor customer service.

beware...it seems this biz is not a valid helper of the poor as they claim. I've given for baskets for years but the last time I felt something was wrong and when I tried to ask them about it they hung up the phone...this may be a small group that keeps donations...I can't tell.

really no stars...I've donated many times to this group...for vets, for schools, for food baskets...and you get the diners out card which I never use..I donate that back to whomever they were raising money for. But finally they called to promote printing fliers to hand out at schools graduation ceremonies to advertise my business and I knew something was weird...this was not non profit...this was making money on printing...someone tell me if I'm wrong but I will not ever give them any more money. I'm mad and feel deceived.
