This company SUKS! I purchased a GPS unit from their online store. I received it 6/10/09 in an unsealed box and found it to be defective. On 6/11/09 I emailed Digital Bundle requesting a return authorization and pre-paid shipping label. Their reply was to blame the manufacturer of the product and to take it up with them. I called Digital Bundle on 6/15/09, got them to accept the return for a refund, mailed it that day with delivery confirmation that showed they received it 6/17/09. After several emails requesting the status of my refund, I finally received most of my money back 7/10/09. They even called me requesting my credit card information to process the refund, even though I paid with PayPal! They did not refund what I had paid to ship their defective unit back to them, nor have they replied to any emails I have sent since. They had my money for over one month and were intent on keeping it for a non-functional product. They were extremely slow on replying to emails, if they replied at all. DIGITAL BUNDLE IS A TERRIBLY IGNORANT COMPANY WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - EVER!\t\n
