Dr. DeNicola and has staff are so kind! The office is very well designed and state of the art. The one thing I have noticed that they have that I have not seen anywhere else is their service called "Mouse Calls". I have seen other doctors offer some weak form of online check in or email service but this truly is different.

I literally emailed Dr. DeNicola 10 times in the matter of a week and he found a way to respond super quickly (sometimes within the hour) and at all times of day. It is so nice to be able to ask a doctor a question like "Can my wife take tylenol while she is pregnant?" or just checking in and giving an update to how I am reacting to antibiotics. He really does take his clients and his career seriously. I can't possibly give them a better review and will be using him for my families entire medical needs.

Dr. DeNicola has been my personal physician for many years. I try to make appointments on the days he's there, although the other doctors on duty are also very good. He has responded quickly to my urgent medical needs, including obtaining necessary referrals. The concept of offering multiple services including RX at the office and internet "Mouse Calls" has made the experience much more convenient. One stop medical care...a very progressive concept.

I have been with Dr. De Nicola and his office for several years now. I am always amazed at the attentive care I receive. I moved my sons and than recently my husband over too and they have all been amazed at the difference in the staff and care. We are no longer just a number. Caduceus and Dr. D care! Novel thought in todays' HMO world.
