I gave these people a 1 star rating because it's impossible to give no stars, which is what they deserve. Since taking over management at Sea Pointe Ct. They have raised the fees twice, the last time by $100, and with only 30 days notice. They don't properly maintain the property, bug spraying no longer exists, we have random bugs wandering through the house and the termites are starting to open up a good lead. The buildings are dirty and growing green mold on them. The parking lot forms lakes in the rain because the drainage areas are hopelessly clogged. Everyone's property value is suffering. 2 places are for here and people drive up, turn around and leave because it looks like a ghetto. We have had a hurricane and a good rain storm and the gutters are so plugged that not a drop of water, not one drop, comes through the downspouts. Calling them does absolutely no good, they will even argue with you about whether they have done any of these things. Absolutely awful company.
