Cotters Upholstery & Fabrics

I had 6 Dining Room Chairs Reupholstered. Purchased the material through Cotters, also. Great job! They came out gorgeous!
Glad to know they are still around, just relocated.
Will be having them start my next project shortly.

We brought them our boat seats after I botched the job trying to cover them myself, they did a great job at a quick pace.

Their customer service & punctuality are terrible. I gave my order the Wed. after Thanksgiving & got them back on Feb. 24. Each time I was told when they would be done I received a poor excuse why they weren't. They never called me to tell me they were done. This was a sounding board for future work on curtains, and needless to say I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM. I have already dissuaded potential customers. I was never rude or nasty with them when I received excuse after excuse, so I do not know why they blew me off. Obviously my small job was not important to them. But this small job cost them future customers. I support local businesses, but I will not support this business.
