I am disappointed in Computers to Go. As an IT professional I have been a loyal customer since moving to Bellevue two years ago. I go to them for all parts and advanced work. Last month, I purchased a laptop hard drive. 3 days later I attempted to return it (still in the sealed package and box…never used) because I found another HD in my scrap pile that I could use. I was turned away by the owner (same person I purchased the drive from only days before) because I did not have the receipt. I was unable to find the receipt until today (4 weeks later) only to be turned away again by the same associate because of the four week time lapse. I explained the details of this purchase but it was no use. I give my business to the small business owner because I feel my business is appreciated. I could get the products for less online or at ALL of the major retail stores, but I see the added cost as buying personalized customer service. I am sure some of you shop here to support local

Shawn and Tom have helped me out before - retrieving data off a crashed external hard drive (for a very reasonable price) - but this weekend when my computer dumped Window Vista they helped me get it reinstalled AND then later helped me retrieve a ton of pictures I thought were lost - AND they did it over the phone w/o charging me. They cld have made me bring the tower in and charged me hundreds of $$, and I wld have never known the difference! But instead they told me where to look in my hard drive and VIOLA - there everything was.

If you have computer issues - these guys are the only game in town!
