2 months without lap time, every time we called got a different story. when I called on Sat said it would be in on Monday asked about warranty and told he'd cover warranty 1 year. Called Monday and it was finally there. Tuesday went to pick up one guy says he's been running it for a few days, when asked about a written warranty for the year he told me about on Sat he says only one month. lies lies, lies I'd stay away

Disappointed
I went here because our computer was getting slow. One week later, they called to tell me about something expensive that had to be replaced. The quote was over $200.00!
I grabbed my computer, walked out the door and carried it to another computer store, up the street (SOS something). 2 hours later, they called me to tell be to come get my computer. Total cost $50.
