Computer Patrol From Penteledata

Unlike the first review, my experience with PTD Computer Patrol was great. The tech was professional and showed up on time for the appointment. He made me aware before he started that the flat rate fee was $259.00 for a D&R. After a few hours he had my PC up and running just like new. He clean they system, and even dusted the computer desk for me. After the work was done, he explained what he did, and told me there was a 30 day guarantee on the work that was performed. The $259 fee is not that bad considering that they did not charge anything for travel, and I knew what I had to pay before he started the work.
I recommend Computer Patrol to all my friends.

WARNING Do not use this service! They are very expensive and they aren't very bright. My computer is still screwed up after almost spending $400. The virus is back that they "fixed" and the "free" software they installed is malfunctioning and cannot be uninstalled. When I called and spoke to a supervisor they said that's a shame but they only guarantee their work for 30 days and I would have to pay for them to come back and "fix" the problem again. Yea right fool me once shame on you!!!!!!!! KMA
