Compass Childrens Academy

This daycare is terrible. About three weeks ago a little boy in my son's class (3's) pulled a bookshelf over on his hand and broke three of his fingers. You would think this would prompt them to call the child's mother, but instead the shrugged it off and gave him a bag of ice. Then yesterday my son opened child's backpack and proceeded to take out a bottle of cough syrup and drink the whole bottle. This obviously means he was not being monitored or watched, and we spent the whole night in the ER. This daycare has constant turnover in their employees, and I am seriously disgusted with the way they have handled the situation concerning my son and the other little boy who's hand was broken. DO NOT subject your children to such inconsistency and possible harm.

Our son went to this daycare for several months. He picked up some really bad behaviors while in the 3 year old room and when he was moved into the 4s his behavior got even worse. The teachers are rude and I have been told by staff that several teachers like to talk about the childrens behaviors and badly about the parents while on their lunch breaks. Management needs alot of attention. They are inconsistent, rude and not very proffessional. Meal amounts are very small and the food menu is not very healthy. Sometimes my child went with no drinks because the cook would forget to bring it. They charge too many fees for the little amount of activities that they do. Between summer fees, annual registration and supply fees plus weekly tuition you don't really see where the money goes. The classrooms do not have many educational toys, I've seen happy meal toys, broken play furniture.
Teachers are on their phones constantly, their backs to the children and you can at times hear the teacher
