Refused to honor my signed contract
This hotel, while initially friendly, refused to honor the contract I signed and they received for a room block of 30 rooms for my wedding. \t\n\t\nAt every turn the staff was rude and unhelpful, never once offering an apology for the situation they caused. All they wanted was to find a way to point the finger instead of accepting any blame.\t\n\t\nOn top of this they bad mouthed me to my guests who called them trying to make reservations. I have never come across such horrible service. The GM wouldn't even speak to me and forbade his staff to contact him over the weekends. \t\n\t\n\t\n
