Comfort Central Inc

Since moving to Florida 5 years ago, I haven't had much luck finding reliable repair people who take my problems with any sense of urgency until now !! Comfort Central came out the same day and worked with my schedule to get my a/c fixed without all the upselling that the previous company tried to do to me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a no non-sense contractor.

My husband called this company when our regular a/c company could not come to see us until Monday (today is Friday) These guys came out today and were prompt and efficient. He even allowed me to keep the old part so my husband can see the failure when he gets home tonight. They were totally up-front and polite. Although I like my regular A/C guy, I really enjoyed dealing with this company better. As of this point, I will use Comfort Centrral. as my primary A/C company.

They showed up when they said they would and to me that's a huge plus ! The repair guy then diagnosed the system, showed me the bad switch, gave me the quote, got my approval and then got it done. They made it very simple. No non-sense, no song and dance etc. Just got it done. I'm a very simple kinda guy. And I felt right at home with these guys. Period !!!!
