What do you want to know?
The receptionist/office manager lady for this company is rude and nasty. Regardless of what quality of work they may or may not provide, who wants to spend thousands of dollars on something only to have to deal with a rude, nasty person on the other end of the phone. There are plenty of other closet organization companies out there who are more than happy to have your business and who will treat you pleasantly! I've hired someone else to do my closet and am happy to give them my business/money.
