BEWARE!

I personally along with alot of towns people, are sad to lose the Isee its listed for sale, COMPLETELY VACANT, with no hopes of anyone ever making any kind of deal with this unreasonable man. One can only hope to see this business sell on the courthouse steps due to the fact it is so grossly overmortgaged without any tenants. If you do dare to venture into such dangerous territory as to look at it to buy , gawd forbid you try to lease, as you will get taken, better look at the faulty roof, nasty septic and pending lawsuits on the parking lot, chipping peeling paint everywhere and dont miss the floor lifting up in the kitchen amist the broken down equipment, carpets are all threadbare and coming up not to mention filthy, and the cieling screams at every leak amongst the drip buckets that catch the reclaimed rainwater , note he wont show it

So true!

So true Bill! You failed to mention the roof needs to be replaced! We used this place for a function and you could see the stains from water leaking the paint. The paint was even bubbling down that sides of the walls from lack of care. And the faint smell of mouse made it hard to stomach the below average food we were served. I went out the back door to get some fresh air, and about fell off the stairs when the rail fell. Whoever looks at this building is sure going to spend more then it is worth with repairs.

Buyer Beware!!!

If you are considering that three phase building in Clements Ca, pay close attention to all the details. Two pending lawsuits on the unsafe parking lot, owner has a first and a second on it to keep his "kosher" head above water. The entire roof needs to be replaced, carpets are used up and filthy, paint is peeling everywhere, overgrown weeds and gabage are a mere hint to the total deferred maitenance. If he cant even keep the weeds down then what suprises do you think you will find inside? Septic and grease trap continuously wash up in the parking lot. Leech lines are on a neighbors property, list goes on and on. All this for a vacant , NO INCOME , 1,380,000.00! Gee i bet there are a ton of lenders that would want to lend you some dough on that where with zero income it isnt worth half that, and then deal with tricky mike, hope he loses it , buyer beware!!!
