I had to leave a phone message and wait for a return phone call on June 29 on why I dont see any sewer credit on my bill this year. How long am I to be waiting for a return phone call? today is July 15th. Was I expected to make more of these phone calls until someone would talk to me?

YOUR FACILITY NEEDS TO COME INTO THIS CENTURY AND ALLOW ONLINE PAYMENT CAPABILITIES. THEN MAYBE YOU WOULD GET MORE OF YOUR PAYMENTS ON TIME. THIS IS THE YEAR 2009, NOT 1969.
