I was talking to the owner Shelly Wooldridge and she is very short tempered and has anger problems. The auto shop itself does a bad job, so bad that I had to bring my car in twice just to repair some minor damages on my front bumper. Shelly got angry with me because I was in a rush and had to leave because I had prior engagements. She began yelling at me and wanting me to stay. I told her I do not appreciate her attitude and she told me that she did not appreciate me calling the insurance company at the bad job that the auto shop did.
