Chase Bank

I used to have an occasional overdraft charge at WAMU, after explaining the situation to them, they would often reverse the charges since they cared about customer service. I have two accounts with WAMU, then chase, who now charges a 33 dollar overdraft fee and then a 33 dollar insufficent funds fee, and despite me having sufficent money in the other account, would not refund either. It's clear that they've done away with the WAMU philosophy, and have decided to stay in business at the consumers' expense. I'm taking my money elsewhere asap.
