If a tenant is in default they will not do their job to:
1) follow up as to why payment is late
2) file paperwork as necessary
3) They will make up false information
4) They do not notify landlard when there are issues
I have terrible experience with them. Do Not use them if you do not want to have problems when you have issues with tenants.
