Reviews about Castro Valley Eye Center
Beware of this facility for fraudulent billing (Doctors are all COOL)
I visited this facility on 09/27, 2010 for an eye examine & got a $100.00 bill
Two Aetna reps have confirmed me that the Castro Valley Eye Centers billing IS incorrect.. The max at the worse, I should pay no more than $60.00.
One of the rep suggested that I should show my last bill from Nov 21 2009 to the Castro Valley billing for reference. I did, but this Peg from the Castro Valley Center accused my Nov 2009 billing as “fraudulent”.
In my last 20 years I have 18 visits. All visits are billed identically. How come all the other 18 were fraudulent while this Peg is being the only one that bills correctly.
The truth:
1) If Peg bills the insurance the regular way, she can only get up to that certain amount. No one in the world can milk the insurance company.
2) Billing it Peg’s way, apart from getting the same amount from the insurance, she can also milk me for more. The bottom line – Greed & Fraudulent for EXTRA income.
