All the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The doctor was very professional and all his helpers were very friendly and caring.
Very nice
At the Pearland location I was treated very well for a person who do not like going to see a Dentist.Dr. Rangappa, Tamika, kim, Tanya did a great job with me they all were very patient with me getting two crowns and a root canal. Laura and Judy were great at the front d...esk area and also keeping me inform. Sarah did a great job as well i enjoyed the work and i plan to tell all my friends about how good the staff treated me. I always went to private practice dentist office but I was really happy with your great staff at the Castle.

I really like the the office
I really like the the office I go to. The staff is very professional and friendly. I am glad I have developed a good relationship with them. I feel very comfortable and would recommend them to my friends.
LOUSY SERVICE!!
Castle Dental has already collected plenty of money from me for my daughters braces. I scheduled her an appointment for general dentistry for a cleaning exam etc on 03/18/2011. We made it to our appointment ontime at 1:00pm. They did not call my daughter back until afte...r 2pm. My daughter finally gets called back and another hour goes by she gets the xrays done and is told that she needs to be rescheduled because the Dr. was overbooked. Apparently they put a patient in front of us that was supposed to be rescheduled. Nevertheless I rescheduled for today 03/28/2011 at 11:00am. I went in to work early so that we can make her 11:00 appointment. I get a phone call at 8:00 am from Castle Dental informing me that they need to reschedule my daughters appointment because the Dr. is sick? They do not have another Dr. that can cover for the sick Dr?? So I am guessing they just shut down because a Dr. calls in sick. I asked what the next available appointment date would be if I was to reschedule
